Dec 28 Medicine Cabinet Makeover

I have a confession - I have always been that curious, maybe even nosey, person that would look into the medicine cabinet’s of the peoples houses that I went to. I feel the judgement from you as I type this…haha. I have always been fascinated with how people meet their needs and what products work for them.

I remember opening my grandparents medicine cabinet when I was younger and just being frozen, standing in complete bewilderment of what they could possibly need all of that “stuff” for. And what did I need that was in there? Over the years I have filled those little shelves with what I and my family have needed, but let me tell you, it sure doesn’t look like what it used to. It used to be full of brand recognition, chemicals, and lotions and potions with big promises but not always the results and now it’s full of clean, natural, pronounceable items - some of which you probably already have in your kitchen!

I have found that what I actually need for health, for maintaining it, and for emergencies (I have four rambunctious kids), isn’t what I had thought. I have finally dialed in my must have items and my medicine cabinet has been transformed to be an effective and non-toxic powerhouse! It’s true! I would love to share my top product swaps with you!
