Crispy Nuts in Herb Butter

ingredients
- 1 PINT EACH ALMONDS, WALNUTS & PECANS, SOAKED AND DRIED (REFER TO NOURISHING TRADITIONS FOR DIRECTIONS)
- ¼ CUP MELTED COCONUT OIL
- ¼ CUP GRASS FED BUTTER
- 1 TEASPOON SEA SALT
- 2 TEASPOONS ORGANIC DRIED ONION POWDER
- 2 TEASPOONS DRIED GARLIC POWDER
- 1 TABLESPOON FRESH ROSEMARY, MINCED FINELY
- 1 TABLESPOON FRESH THYME, MINCED FINELY
- 2 TEASPOONS DRIED DILL
- 1 TEASPOON SMOKED PAPRIKA
method
Melt coconut oil and butter over low heat; add remaining ingredients.
Pour over mixed nuts and taste to adjust seasoning.
Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast at 350° F (ideally turning once) until golden and crispy.
